Kaylee Murphy

Kaylee Murphy is the Regional Community Development Director at Frontier Health. With a wealth of experience and dedication, Murphy leads efforts to significantly enhance community mental health initiatives across the region, profoundly impacting the lives of many.

Murphy is a licensed professional counselor specializing in parent-child interaction therapy in Tennessee and Virginia. For the past three years, she has served as the Senior Director of School-Based Services at Frontier Health, significantly contributing to educational settings’ mental health support system. Before this, Murphy worked for over two years as an outpatient therapist for children and adolescents in Hawkins County.

In her current role, Murphy leverages her extensive experience to further the mission of Frontier Health. Her commitment to improving mental health services is underscored by her exceptional expertise in therapy training, instilling confidence in her ability to foster healthier communities.
