Kelly F. Price

ECU is a multi-state credit union that was chartered in 1934 with current assets of over $5.0 billion and over 243,000 members located in 50 states, the District of Columbia, and several foreign countries.  Beginning her career at ECU in 1996, Kelly was appointed President and CEO in January 2020, after serving in several management and senior leadership roles within the organization.  Prior to her employment at ECU, she worked as a C.P.A. for Price Waterhouse for seven years. Kelly received a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Tennessee.  In 2000, she earned Credit Union National Association’s (CUNA) Certified Credit Union Executive (CCUE) designation, a distinguished and respected achievement that teaches advanced credit union management and operations techniques.  In addition, Kelly completed the Credit Union Executives Society (CUES) CEO Institute held at the University of Pennsylvania, Cornell University, and the University of Virginia.

• Chamber of Commerce serving Johnson City, Jonesborough and Washington Counties – Several leadership positions including Membership Committee Chair, Capital Campaign Committee Member, Treasurer, Secretary, Vice-Chair and 2017 Chair

• Big Brothers, Big Sisters of East Tennessee – Advisory Committee Member/Past Chairman and Big Sister
• Meals on Wheels of Kingsport – Past Board Member and Treasurer; Meal Driver
• East Tennessee State University – 2016, 2017, 2018 & 2019 Roan Scholars Selection Committee Member
