Jeff Howard is a seasoned financial executive with over 25 years of leadership experience in nonprofit healthcare, specializing in community mental health and primary care. Known for his strategic vision and servant leadership, Howard excels at aligning financial operations with mission-driven goals, guiding organizations through growth, transformation, and multi-site expansion.

He has overseen financial operations for organizations ranging from $6 million to over $100 million in annual revenue and has held CFO and advisory roles across Tennessee and North Carolina, including with United Health Centers, Roanoke-Chowan Community Health Centers, and Cherokee Health Systems.

Among his notable achievements, Howard has led telehealth implementation in rural schools, optimized cost and technology systems, and in 2010 received the Susan P. Smith Award from the Tennessee Primary Care Association for his dedication to improving access to care.

He holds a B.S. in Accounting from Carson-Newman University, an M.A. in Christian Education from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, and is a licensed CPA.
