Greg Purdue

Greg Perdue has been a leader in the financial services industry with First Horizon since 1999, bringing more than two decades of commercial banking experience across a diverse range of sectors, including municipal, manufacturing, healthcare, employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs), joint ventures, and international banking.

He earned a Master’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor’s degree from Texas Christian University. Greg is deeply committed to serving the Kingsport community through numerous leadership roles. He currently serves as President of the Kingsport Community Foundation, President of the Kingsport Housing and Redevelopment Authority, President of the Kingsport Chamber, and is the incoming Board Chair of the United Way of Kingsport.

Known for his strategic leadership, financial expertise, and dedication to community service, Greg has built a career centered on helping clients succeed while strengthening the organizations and communities he serves. Outside of his professional and civic commitments, Greg and his wife, Cynthia, have been married for 26 years and are the proud parents of three children.
