Chloe Campbell

Chloe Campbell is an accomplished nonprofit leader and Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with a strong background in fundraising, community development, and mental health services. As the Regional Community Development Director for Frontier Health Foundation, she leads comprehensive fundraising strategies, strengthens community partnerships, and enhances the visibility and impact of the organization across the region.

Chloe brings over a decade of experience in nonprofit management, community organizing, and clinical social work. Chloe previously served in leadership roles including Director of Operations and Human Resources at Summit Leadership Foundation, School-Based Therapist at Frontier Health, and Director of Programs at the Alliance for Better Nonprofits. 

Chloe holds both a Master and Bachelor of Science from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville, where she graduated with honors and specialized in Management, Leadership, and Community Practice. Her deep commitment to service is further reflected in her community work by serving on multiple nonprofit boards. She is currently on track to obtain her LCSW in Fall 2025.
